Mezcal Mule
Made With The Lost Explorer Espadín
Ingredients
• 1¾ oz / 50 ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadín
• 3 oz / 90 ml Ginger beer
• ¾ oz / 25 ml Fresh lime juice
• ¼ oz / 10 ml Simple syrup
• Garnish: Lime wheel and mint sprig
Method
In a shaker, add ice, simple syrup, mezcal, and lime juice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a copper mug filled with crushed ice. Top with ginger beer. Stir and garnish with lime and mint. Catch the breeze.
The Curious Margarita
Made With The Lost Explorer Espadín
Ingredients
• 1½ oz / 45 ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadín
• ½ oz / 15 ml Ancho Reyes Verde
• ¾ oz / 20 ml Agave syrup
• 1 oz / 30 ml Lime juice
• Rimmed with Tajín & a jalapeño slice
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake it up. Strain into a Tajín-rimmed old fashioned glass filled with ice. Garnish with a single jalapeño slice.
Down-to-earth Negroni
Made With The Lost Explorer Espadín
Ingredients
• 1 oz / 30 ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadín
• ½ oz / 15 ml Campari
• ½ oz / 15 ml Cynar
• 1 oz / 30 ml Red vermouth
• Two drops black lemon bitters
• Garnish: Flamed orange oil and orange slice
Method
Stir all ingredients together with ice. Strain into an old fashioned glass filled with one large ice cube. Garnish with an orange slice and a couple drops of flamed orange oil. Induct as your new go-to.
The Lost Paloma
Made With The Lost Explorer Espadín
Ingredients
• 1½ oz / 45 ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadín
• 3 oz / 90 ml Grapefruit Juice
• ¼ oz / 7.5 ml Lime Juice
• Tonic water to top (optional)
• Rimmed with volcanic salt & grapefruit slice
Method
Combine all ingredients except tonic water in a shaker with ice. Shake it up. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Sit in the sunshine.
Hi Honey

Ingredients
• 1½ oz / 45 ml The Lost Explorer Mezcal Espadín
• ¾ oz / 25 ml Chamomile & Honey Syrup
• ⅔ oz / 20 ml Lemon juice
• 1 drop Orange blossom water
• Garnish: Lemon slice, honeycomb
Method
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake, then strain into an Old Fashioned Glass with one large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon slice or peel and, optionally, some honeycomb. Get ready for the next round.
