Homemade Soup Day!

I always like celebrating the various ‘food days’ of the year.  Yes, granted, most of these days usually comes from the US of A, but I just go with the flow!  Food always need celebrating, no matter who’s idea it was.

4 February is “Homemade Soup Day”.  We are smack bang in the middle of summer, but I enjoy soup in every season.  Quick, convenient and usually to the brim full of nutritional goodness due to the variety of ingredients added into the soup pot!

I’ve told you about my blog “Life is Too Short to Eat Lettuce” previously, as well as my mission this year to make a lot of those recipes again, and add some new tweaks if needed – and MUCH better photos!  It is a long term project, so please don’t judge if you see a very crappy cellphone photo – hopefully, but the end of the year or so, the quality of the posts will be a tad better 😉  I’ve learnt a lot about blogging the past couple of years!
